Getting tipsy has never been this educational. The history of the winery begins with the construction of a castle cellar in Esterhazy Castle more than 300 years ago, representing a new beginning of wine production in the region. In the cellar, they experiment with novel wine containers such as eggs, amphorae, and wooden barrels made of local Leithaberg oak! In addition to wood and stainless steel, materials such as granite, concrete, ceramics and clay are used for wine maturation.
