We'll begin our tour of the Chianti region from Florence, with an experience that will allow us to immerse ourselves in the authentic flavors of Tuscany. We'll discover the natural winemaking process up close and understand how much a good glass of wine can convey in aroma, flavor, and tradition.
Our local guides will lead us on a journey that combines history, art, and peasant culture—elements that reveal the deep roots that have animated this land for millennia. Admiring the vineyards at sunset will be just one way we can connect with the soul of this region.
Tuscany is also home to exceptional olive oils. In Chianti, extra virgin olive oil is produced from more than 120 native olive varieties, expertly cultivated in challenging soil. The result is a product with striking aromas and incomparable flavor. Touch to feel, savor to discover—this is the spirit that guides every moment of this experience.
We'll visit the cellars of two renowned wineries, where we'll taste select wines and typical products from local farms. Artisanal snacks and the welcoming atmosphere of these properties will provide a genuine immersion in the best of Tuscany.
We end the tour with a stop in Castellina in Chianti, a charming village where we'll have free time to stroll, breathe in the peaceful countryside air, and explore quaint little shops full of local produce.
