The Catena Zapata family, with three generations dedicated to viticulture, has managed to position itself among the best throughout its history. During the visit, we'll learn about the history of this renowned winery, which has repeatedly received over 90 points in reviews from renowned critics such as Robert Parker and Stephen Tanzer, standing out in the world's most prestigious markets for fine wines.
We'll explore the work of Alejandro Vigil, hired by Nicolás Catena to lead the winery's research team and who has served as Chief Winemaker at Bodega Catena Zapata for 16 years. We'll visit "Casa Vigil, the Divine Winery," Alejandro's personal project, where he'll welcome us and introduce us to his land and winery.
Here, we'll have lunch in a setting that combines tradition and excellence. We'll also learn about the history of El Gran Enemigo Cabernet Franc, a pure wine from Gualtallary, Mendoza, which received the highest rating ever awarded to a Cabernet Franc by Robert Parker, The Wine Advocate.

The tour operates on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, departing at 9:30 am.
It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the agreed meeting point time.
Transportation included for hotels in central Mendoza; not included for temporary apartments and Airbnbs. If the passenger is outside the service area, arrange a meeting point in the central area.
