In this late afternoon class, you'll meet a professional pizza maker and learn how to make soft, pliable, and elastic yeast dough. You'll learn tips you can take home with you when baking in your own oven.
The best pizza you've ever tasted
With your pizza chef, you'll roll out the dough, season it, bake it, and slice it. However, before you can taste your creation, the dough needs to rest. In the meantime, there are two things to do. First, you'll watch our talented chef demonstrate how to create the perfect cream mixture for exquisite artisanal gelato. Then, you'll learn how to prepare the classic waffle, onto which the ice cream will be placed once ready. You'll also learn the history of Italian gelato from your entertaining chef.
