The tour takes place daily with departures at 5:45 pm, 6 pm and 6:15 pm.
The tour group includes two musicians (a singer and an instrumentalist) who will be on board one of the gondolas to perform throughout the trip; there is not a pair of musicians on each gondola. So that all participants can hear the serenade, the musicians will board a gondola in the center of the flotilla.
The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally adverse weather conditions (in these cases it may be postponed to the following days, otherwise it will be refunded).
