Let's visit the Blue Lake Cave, one of the main tourist attractions of Bonito-MS and certainly one of the most beautiful landscapes in Brazil. Besides its incredible views, the Blue Lake Cave is captivating in its magnitude. It's one of the largest flooded caves on the planet, and visiting it is a true journey to the region's origins. The tour is entirely contemplative, and to reach the lake, it's necessary to descend almost 300 steps, the equivalent of a 12-story building. But don't worry, the reward is worth it. The lake is crystal clear, and the bluish color that makes it famous is due to a combination of factors, such as the cave's location and the presence of minerals at its bottom. In the early morning hours, the blue becomes even more intense, and outside of visiting hours, this coloration is no longer visible.

It is mandatory to wear sneakers or sturdy footwear with rubber soles to enter the cavity.
Wearing a mask (any type) is mandatory, as there may be fungi in the caves, and its use is required to protect health and prevent contamination.
Children must present an identity document (ID card or Birth Certificate).
The equipment needed for the tour is included in the price.
There is no lunch option on this tour; however, there is a reception area with drinks for sale and a souvenir shop.
Minimum age allowed: 6 years old.
We do not recommend the Caves for people with heart problems, mobility issues, or knee problems.
Families with children under 5 can hire a babysitter who is available at reception, or by informing us in advance we can arrange for a babysitter.
Organize the visitation in a way that allows parents to take turns visiting.
The client will receive the tour start time and itinerary 48 hours before departure.
The order of the tours is subject to change due to weather and operational conditions.
A representative from the agency will contact you to provide information about the tour, such as recommended clothing and tour times.
High season: Changes are only accepted with 72 hours' notice (considering business days), noting that any change requested by the client will be subject to cancellation policies, as well as availability.
Low season: Changes are only accepted with 48 hours' notice (considering business days), noting that any change requested by the client will be subject to cancellation policies, as well as availability.

* Cancellation is understood as the withdrawal from the trip and/or the contracted service, as well as changes to dates, communicated in writing (letter or email).
Cancellation policies will be applied according to the following percentages of the total package price (considering business days):
LOW SEASON – (TOURS)
Up to 3 days before check-in = 30% no-show rate (EXCEPT for Gruta do Lago Azul, which has a 100% no-show rate regardless of the date and cancellation period).
After that date, it is considered part of the full show.
* No-show: Failure to appear without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show". NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
* Cancellation after the start of the tour: Cancellation, as well as early departure for any reason, WILL NOT ENTITLE YOU TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT FOR ANOTHER TOUR, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or tour.
HIGH SEASON – (OTHER TOURS)
Up to 15 days before check-in = 30% NO SHOW fee, after this date the full show fee (100%) will be charged.
* No-show: Failure to appear without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show". NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
* Cancellation after the start of the tour: Cancellation, as well as early departure for any reason, WILL NOT ENTITLE YOU TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT FOR ANOTHER TOUR, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or tour.
