EMBRATUR CANCELLATION RULES Normative Deliberation No. 161/95 Embratur:
• Cancellation is understood as the abandonment of the trip and/or the contracted service, as well as changes to dates, communicated in writing (letter or email).
Cancellation policies will be applied according to the following percentages of the total package price (considering business days):
LOW SEASON AND HIGH SEASON – (TRANSFERS)
• Up to 48 hours before check-in = 30% NO SHOW, after that date it is considered a full no-show.
• No-show: Failure to appear without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show". NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
• Cancellation after the start of the service: Cancellation for any reason WILL NOT ENTITLE YOU TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid.
NO-REFUND TOURS (HIGH SEASON and LOW SEASON) - BLUE LAKE GROTTO - After booking, a 100% no-show fee will be charged.
HIGH SEASON – (OTHER TOURS)
Up to 15 days before check-in = 30% NO SHOW fee, after this date the full show fee (100%) will be charged.
• No-show: Failure to appear without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show". NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
• Cancellation after the start of the tour: Cancellation, as well as early departure for any reason, WILL NOT ENTITLE YOU TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT FOR ANOTHER TOUR, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or tour.
