St. Mark's Basilica specifically prohibits large bags, umbrellas, and tripods. These items must be checked in at the off-site baggage storage area, so you may miss part of your visit to do so.
- All visitors are responsible for being at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure. Visitors arriving after the departure time will not be accommodated, and refunds for lost tours or tickets will not be issued.

Smaller but still bulky bags and backpacks, umbrellas, and any other items that, in the opinion of security staff, cannot be brought into the exhibition areas, must be left in the cloakroom.
