Adult fares apply to passengers who are high school students and older (age: 12). The child fare applies to passengers aged 6 to 11. However, only a 12-year-old child still in elementary school is considered a child. Children up to elementary school travel free, but seats and meals are not included. Reserve a seat for children who are old enough to sit on their parents' laps. In this case, the child rate will be charged. For children who travel free, additional meal charges may apply for buffet dishes in the restaurant.
The tour includes GPS headset guidance in multiple languages (English, Chinese, and Korean). You can choose the language channel you prefer, but the interpreter only has a signal on the bus. Please keep it on the bus to avoid losing it. Don't forget to return the interpreter at the end of the tour.

Please note that if you arrive after the departure time, the bus will not wait. If you arrive late without prior notice, no refund will be available and you will not be able to join the tour mid-tour or make changes to your reservation.
Once your reservation is complete, we'll email you a voucher that includes a QR code and important information about the meeting location, time, and a local contact phone number. The voucher will be sent within two business days of receiving your reservation. Please ensure you provide the email address to which the voucher will be sent and review it carefully upon receipt.
