Activity description

In this course, you'll learn how to make your own authentic fresh pasta, following ancient Italian traditions using flour, eggs, and other ingredients. Under the expert guidance of a multilingual chef, you'll learn how to make pasta using both a rolling pin and a pasta machine. You'll make three different types of pasta with three different sauces and a typical Italian dessert. The course will be followed by lunch featuring the dishes you prepared, accompanied by fine Tuscan wine and a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Comfortable shoes are suggested.
