Notes: Preschoolers under 6 can visit Tokyo Skytree for free. teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM is free for children under 3. Preschoolers aged 4–6 will be charged only at teamLab Planets TOKYO DMM, so please purchase a separate child ticket at the ticket machine on that day.

- The time indicated on the ticket is not the fixed time that you can remain at the location.
- If you visit alone and need to skip the line, please let our nearby staff know:
- Please put the stroller in place before entering.
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by adults.
- While wheelchair access is possible, we will guide wheelchair users on a route that avoids construction sites that use water and construction sites where wheelchairs cannot pass.
Please be sure to transfer to the wheelchair provided by TeamLab Planets upon entering the venue. (The number of wheelchairs in the building is limited.) Please note that TeamLab-prepared wheelchairs are standard wheelchairs without accessories.
Re-entry is not permitted. Please note that your ticket is non-refundable once you enter the venue.
