Up to 14 days before the tour date: full refund.
Between 13 and 7 days before the tour date: 60% refund of the reservation value.
6 days before the tour start date: no refund.

- Exemption policy: children aged 0 to 6 years old, inclusive, are exempt from admission.
- Cristais de Gramado is located at RS 115, km 36, number 36161 - Várzea Grande - Gramado/RS.
- Access to the Corridor of Knowledge attraction is only until 5 pm.
- Roundtrip transportation to Cristais de Gramado is available by prior arrangement and is offered free of charge by the park. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the planned travel date. Reservations can be made by phone or WhatsApp at 54 3286 0100.
- If there are queues at the entrance for advance purchase, this voucher does not guarantee you priority access over other visitors.
- Tickets must be purchased for the day they are to be used.
- Attractions may undergo changes in the itinerary or cancellations due to force majeure factors that prevent that activity.
