In Nova Petrópolis, a dinner with the best of German cuisine. You will try a vast buffet with the most famous delicacies, accompanied by a full colonial breakfast. There are around 130 varieties that are divided between the buffet of hot dishes with German food and the colonial breakfast buffet. Among the German dishes, the highlights are Eisbein (pork knuckle), Kassler (cooked smoked loin), Bockwurst (bock sausage) and the traditional Sauerkraut (sauerkraut). There are also delicious options of dishes in the colonial breakfast buffet, among the sweet dishes, authentic recipes brought by the colonizers, such as German Pie and Apfelstrudel (apple pie).
