One of the most traditional meals in Serra Gaúcha served at Malbec Restaurante, which brings together the best ingredients of a good restaurant: quality wine and food, a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service.
The sequence begins with the traditional cheese fondue (a blend of Gruyere, Emmental and Cobocó cheeses) with five sides (bread, broccoli, Calabrian sausage, potatoes baked with olive oil and fine herbs and guava paste covered in sugar). Next is the meat fondue on the stone, La Pierrat, with prime cuts of Angus filet mignon, pork fillet and chicken fillet, garnished with 11 varieties of sauces and farofa. To finish the series, the Milk Chocolate and Dulce de Leche Fondues, served in a traditional clay pot, bringing the flavors of seasonal fruits (5 varieties), marshmallows, churros and tubetes.

The restaurant accepts table reservations at least 24 hours in advance of the time of the reservation. Important: You must contact the restaurant to make the reservation. There are options for reservation times up until 7:00 p.m. If the customer chooses to go later, they can go to the restaurant and wait for the tables to become available, service will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
