One of the most traditional meals in Serra Gaúcha is served at Malbec Restaurant, which combines the best ingredients of a good restaurant: quality wine, a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service.
The sequence begins with the traditional cheese fondue (a blend of Gruyere, Emmental, and Cobocó cheeses) with five sides (bread, broccoli, Calabrian sausage, potatoes baked with olive oil and fine herbs, and guava paste coated in sugar). Next comes the stone-fired meat fondue, La Pierrat, featuring prime cuts of Angus filet mignon, pork tenderloin, and chicken tenderloin, garnished with 11 varieties of sauces and farofa. To conclude the series, the Milk Chocolate and Dulce de Leche Fondues, served in a traditional clay pot, bring together the flavors of seasonal fruits (five varieties), marshmallows, churros, and tubetes.

Regular tour
The restaurant accepts table reservations at least 24 hours in advance of the reservation time. Important: You must contact the restaurant to make a reservation. Reservations are available up to 7 p.m. If you choose to arrive later, you can come to the restaurant and wait for tables to become available. Service is on a first-come, first-served basis.
