- It is not permitted: Using any sound equipment or loudspeakers; Private or public ceremonies, rituals; Feeding or disturbing local wildlife; Games involving throwing, catching, kicking or running; Rollerblading, bicycles, scooters, skateboards or other recreational devices with wheels; Use of drones or kites; Music or musical performances are not permitted, except those offered by the park; Distribution of any external documentation or sale of any type of product on the park premises; Walking on the plant beds, picking or removing seedlings or fruits of any kind.
- The park operates normally on rainy days.
- If there are queues at the entrance for advance purchase, this voucher does not guarantee you priority access over other visitors.
- Tickets must be purchased for the day they are to be used.
- Attractions may undergo changes to the itinerary or cancellations due to force majeure factors that prevent that activity.
- For all contracted services, it is necessary to present a document proving your age when entering the park.
