Over seven kilometers, the trail reveals the typical flora of the Fuegian forest, native birds soaring through the sky, and signs of the passage of the ancient Yámanas, the first inhabitants of these southern lands. If conditions don't permit this trail, there is an equally fascinating alternative through the Pampa Alta. After the hike, a warm lunch surrounded by nature comforts us and recharges our batteries for what awaits us: a unique journey on inflatable boats along the Lapataia River. This tranquil water ride takes us to the legendary Lapataia Bay, where the Pan-American Highway and National Route 3 meet. It's a symbolic moment, the perfect end to a day full of discoveries. The tour ends with the return to Ushuaia, leaving you with memories of an unforgettable day among the mountains, forests and waters of Tierra del Fuego. Notes: Entrance to the National Park is not included and must be paid at the entrance, in cash only (credit and debit cards are not accepted). It costs approximately AR$30,000 for foreigners and AR$9,000 for Argentine residents. It is recommended to wear appropriate clothing: hiking boots and pants, waterproof jacket and coat. Children under 12 years of age cannot participate in this activity, without exception. The boats used are inflatable boats with capacity for 8 passengers plus the guide. The route and order of the tour may be modified at the guide's discretion. The Coastal Trail is available as long as the guide deems the weather, terrain, and group conditions suitable; another option is Pampa Alta. Some hotels in the city are not included in our pickup itinerary. If so, we will contact you to indicate the closest hotel where we can pick you up for the tour. You will need to wait for your guide in the lobby of the indicated hotel. Pickup or drop-off at the port cannot be scheduled.
