- Exemption policy: children up to 0.70 meters tall, inclusive, are exempt from admission.
- Alpen Park Passport for children over 10 years old, measuring more than 1.30m in height and Alpen Park Kids Passport for children aged between 3 and 9 years old, measuring between 0.80m and 1.29m.
- Alpen Park is located at Arnaldo Oppitz Highway, 901 - São João - Canela/RS.
- Passports are valid for one day of use (that is, the passenger can use the included attractions as many times as they want, as long as it is on the day of purchase).
- Tickets must be collected at the ticket office, at the designated voucher exchange counter. The ticket office always closes 30 minutes before the park closes.
- If there are queues at the entrance for advance purchase, this voucher does not guarantee you priority access over other visitors.
- Tickets must be purchased for the day they are to be used.
- For the user's own safety, the passport should not be used by people with heart disease, labyrinthitis, epilepsy, hypertension, seizures, back problems, other medical conditions, or those in poor physical or psychological condition. It also cannot be used by people who have consumed alcohol, drugs, or any other type of intoxicant.
- People with special needs, whether physical or mental, must present themselves to the monitors so that they receive appropriate assistance.
- Alpen Park management reserves the right to cancel activities under any adverse circumstances that may put the physical integrity of customers and operational staff at risk.
- If it rains, don't worry! Fun is guaranteed with our indoor activities.
- Attractions may undergo changes in the itinerary or cancellations due to force majeure factors that prevent that activity.
- For all contracted services, it is necessary to present a document proving your age when entering the park.
