- Tigre City Bus Tour and Delta Boat Tour + Lunch at Parrillla Hierro Nordelta from Buenos Aires
We'll sail through the waters of the Paraná River Delta, formed by the union of the Uruguay and Paraná rivers, which together create a beautiful delta of islands and flow into the Río de la Plata, considered one of the widest rivers in the world. During the tour, we'll learn about the unique lives of the people who own weekend homes on the Delta's islands, in the city of Tigre.
By bus, we'll pass through the most elegant neighborhoods in the northern part of the province of Buenos Aires, where the official residence of the President of the Republic is located. Next, we'll explore the Bahia do Nordelta neighborhood, so named because it's located in the northern part of the Luján River Delta. There, we'll enjoy a delicious lunch at the famous Hierro Parrilla restaurant, known for its premium meats.
The restaurant is located in the iconic San Telmo Market, a restored historic building, perfect for a trip back in time among the neighborhood's antique shops and small eateries. Furthermore, Hierro Parrilla Bahia Nordelta is located within the exclusive Nordelta neighborhood, famous for its shopping and dining promenade, with its own outlet to the Luján River, as well as yachts, high-end hotels, and comprehensive infrastructure for residents and visitors.
