The schooner departs at 10:30 am from the port of Vila do Abraão. You'll be taken to the first stop at Lagoa Azul, one of the most famous, visited, and admired places on Ilha Grande, due to its beauty and fascinating island formation. It's no wonder it's been considered the second wonder of Ilha Grande. Snorkeling in the crystal-clear turquoise waters is a must. The next stop is Freguesia do Santana, where the settlement of Ilha Grande began. In the 17th century, it was the center of economic development. You'll see the Santana Church, built in 1843, with whale oil and beach sand. From there, the schooner heads to the last stop at Japariz, a very calm beach with calm waters, where you'll have time for lunch (not included).
After enjoying the last stop, the schooner leaves at 3 pm and returns to the Port of Vila do Abraão. Notes: * Departure time for this tour varies depending on the tide.
