After visiting the Last Supper, the tour continues to the inner gardens of the Sforza Castle, a fortress in the middle of the city surrounded by a beautiful park. The castle, built in the 14th century by Milan's most influential families, houses several important exhibitions and museums. Not far from the castle, our expert guides will take you through the famous Via Dante to reach the beautiful Piazza dei Mercanti, once the city's most important medieval market area. Next, you'll head to the magnificent Teatro alla Scala (open-air theater), built in 1776 and located in Piazza della Scala, the temple of classical music for all Milanese citizens. You'll also enter the majestic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, a treasure of 19th-century engineering. It's a true symbol of Italian excellence, more than just a spectacular building. And last but not least, you will arrive at the Duomo (exterior), the symbol of Milan and the third largest cathedral in Europe, visited by more than 5,000,000 tourists annually. Notes: - All participants must also bring a valid form of identification (e.g. passport, driver's license, ID card, student ID, etc.).
- All participants must bring and wear FFP2 masks. Blue surgical masks will not be accepted.
- Children up to 1 year old do not need a reservation if they are transported by one of their parents and enter without a stroller.
- Due to new security measures, bags of any size, food, and beverages are not permitted into the museum. If necessary, your guide will accompany you to the security lockers to leave them during check-in.
- No food or drinks are allowed inside the Last Supper Museum.
- Please wear comfortable shoes. On hot days, a hat is recommended for sun protection.
- On this tour, some or all of the locations may be subject to unexpected last-minute closures. If this occurs, we will offer guests an extended visit to the exterior and/or other attractions, according to the total advertised duration of the tour.
