- Tour of the Uros Islands and Taquile Island

The tour of the Uros and Taquile Islands is conducted via a circuit with walks through very tranquil places in the middle of Lake Titicaca.
Taquile is located 45 kilometers from the city of Puno and has approximately 2,200 inhabitants who wear their colorful traditional costumes. Currently considered "The fourth most beautiful island in the world in terms of lakes," its beautiful landscapes and culture make it a destination that every tourist should visit at least once in their life.
Starting at 7:00 AM, our team will contact you at your hotel to go to the port of Puno and board the speedboat to the Floating Islands of Uros, where we will visit two of them. Our guide will give you a detailed explanation of the main activities, customs, and structures of the islands.
Next, we will head towards Taquile Island. We will begin with a climb to see the beautiful landscape that the Sacred Lake offers, where we can relax, explore the area, and appreciate the impressive view of Lake Titicaca.
We will have a typical regional lunch, and after lunch, the local family will demonstrate their customs and traditions, such as their beautiful and fine fabrics made by the island's inhabitants. Then, we will return to the port to board the boat that will take us back to the city of Puno, arriving at approximately 4:30 PM.
