On this special tour, we will experience the strength and beauty of Afro-Brazilian traditions in Salvador, getting to know some of the most symbolic spaces of Bahian religiosity and culture up close.
We will begin our journey with a visit to the Dique do Tororó, also known as the Dique dos Orixás, where monumental floating sculptures pay homage to the deities of Candomblé, creating one of the most impressive landscapes in the city.
Next, we will visit important Candomblé temples, including Ilê Axé Oxumaré, Ilê Kalebokum, Ilê Axé Ogumjá, and the Mãe Menininha Memorial – House of Iemanjá. In each of them, we will have the opportunity to better understand the rituals, symbols, and profound spirituality that sustain this ancestral heritage.
During the journey, we will also be able to learn about Amalá de Xangô, one of the most traditional offerings of the religion, a symbol of devotion and respect to the orixás.
This tour is an invitation to an authentic and transformative experience that celebrates the diversity and African legacy that shape the cultural identity of Bahia.
