After hotel pickups, you'll arrive at the complex and pass through a charming souvenir shop. You'll be immersed in a historical setting of the Jesuit Missions, where you can watch a memorial projection about the pioneer Cabeza de Vaca. Afterwards, you'll admire the Brazilian Three Borders Marker and the natural beauty of the Iguaçu River Mouth and the Paraná River. At dusk, the landscape becomes even more captivating with a stunning sunset.
At the landmark painted in blue, yellow and green, the colors of the Brazilian flag, you will be standing on the border with the countries of Paraguay and Argentina.
From there, you can see the landmarks on the Argentine side and the Paraguayan side as well.
You'll learn about the Paraguayan War, in which Paraguay faced Brazil, Uruguay, and Argentina. There, you'll understand the strategic reasons why Paraguay invaded Brazil and the lasting impact of the war's outcome. Finally, you'll see a performance of traditional dances from the three countries.
