44 years ago, Era uma vez um Chalezinho was a pioneer in Brazil by offering an authentic fondue experience in a
cozy atmosphere inspired by typical Swiss chalets. Founded in Belo Horizonte in the 1970s by Antonio
Augusto Marcellini, the restaurant has become a favorite among couples, families and groups of friends.
In June 2023, Chalezinho expanded its operations to Gramado, in Serra Gaúcha, a city that was a source of inspiration for its creation.
In this new location, fondue lovers can enjoy a true experience in an authentic Swiss chalet, keeping alive the tradition and flavor that have made the restaurant so special over the years.

Activity includes: TRADITIONAL fondue buffet at Chalezinho Gramado, including items described: Fondue
Cheese: Soft, Quattro Formaggi, Margherita, Mushrooms and Lactose Free. Sides: Italian breads,
nuts, sautéed potatoes, broccoli with garlic and olive oil, pickled cucumber, crystal onions, Viennese sausages and
tomatoes. Beef Fondue with Wine (beef prepared in wine consommé - 0% alcohol red wine, mirepoix of
vegetables, aromatic herbs and meat) or Chinoise (meat broth, vegetable mirepoix, aromatic herbs, dried mushrooms and
mushrooms): Baby beef, pork tenderloin and chicken breast fillet. Sides: crispy garlic toast and
eight Chalezinho sauces (garlic, cheese, rosé, pepper, herbs, spicy pineapple, mushrooms and mustard). Sweet Fondue:
Dulce de Leche, Ovomaltine, Lausanne Semi-Sweet and Lausanne with Milk. Sides: various fruits, cucuruchu
and marshmallows (additional drinks, side dishes or fondues not mentioned, artistic cover and service charge not included)
