TourNighttime Flavors in Mendoza

On this experience, we'll visit one of the region's oldest olive growers: Laur. In 1998, the partnership between Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) and the Catena family began, giving rise to Bodegas Caro, the result of a union of French and Argentine cultures.

Today, the visit is modernized with the introduction of innovative technology that superimposes virtual elements onto our perception of reality, creating a time capsule that begins in 1884 and projects us into the future through Augmented Reality.

During the tour, we'll have the opportunity to explore the farm, home to centuries-old olive trees, and sample pasta, olives, balsamic vinegar, and other products. Finally, we'll visit the store, where we can purchase high-quality products directly from the source.

At Casa Vigil Bodega El Enemigo, owned by Alejandro Vigil, renowned winemaker and head of Catena Zapata, he and Adrianna Catena decided to create a wine that represented their deep respect for history and tradition. We'll enjoy dinner accompanied by a tasting of the winery's wines, ending the evening with a delicious finale.

At the end of the day, we will return to the city of Mendoza, taking with us the memories of a unique and enriching experience.
