In this experience, we will visit one of the oldest olive growers in the region: Laur. In 1998, the partnership between Domaines Barons de Rotschild (Lafite) and the Catena family was born. From this union of two cultures: French and Argentine, BODEGAS CARO was born.

Today, the visit is renewed with the addition of technology that allows virtual elements to be superimposed on our vision of reality as a time capsule that begins in 1884 and projects us into the future thanks to Augmented Reality.

We will have the opportunity to visit the farm with centuries-old olive trees, taste pasta, olives, vinegar and, finally, visit the store, where we can purchase all the high quality products.

At Casa Vigil Bodega El Enemigo, the home of Alejandro Vigil, winemaker and head of Catena Zapata, he and Adrianna Catena decided to create a wine that represented their deep respect for history and tradition. Let's enjoy dinner and taste their wines. At the end of the evening, we will return to the city of Mendoza.
