In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Cusco to visit the town of Chinchero, a traditional urban center of Cusco located on a high point with a beautiful view of the valley. The inhabitants of this area preserve the artisanal traditions and knowledge inherited from the Incas. There are also archaeological remains and a beautiful 17th-century church. Next, you will be transferred to the Yucay Living Museum, an interpretation center for Andean traditions, where demonstrations are held on the production of textiles, adobe, ceramics, and silverware, as they were in ancient times. Transfer to Ollantaytambo, where you will have free time for lunch. Afterward, visit the town and the local archaeological site, which has been continuously inhabited since Inca times, and climb the iconic fortress, built on the side of a mountain. At the end of this activity, you will be transferred back to your hotel. *Sunday visits include a visit to the Chinchero market. Notes: - Not wheelchair accessible
