*The valid time will be printed on the ticket when you start using it to pass through the ticket office.
*If you enter the station and board the train within the valid time, you can still leave the station even if the valid time has passed.
*If you do not start using the ticket within the validity period, the ticket will be invalid.

Please collect a physical ticket from the ticket vending machines at Tokyo Metro/Toei Metro Subway stations.

*You can also collect a printed ticket at the offices at each Tokyo Metro station (excluding Hibiya Line Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishifunabashi, Yoyogi Uehara, Wako City, Hanzomon Line / Fukutoshin Line Shibuya and Meguro stations).
*If there is no ticket vending machine at your departure station, please ask the station staff and you will be directed to a station with a ticket vending machine to collect your physical ticket.
*If there are problems with the facilities, admission may be suspended.
Once your reservation is complete, we'll email you a voucher that includes a QR code and important information about the meeting location, time, and phone number. The voucher will be sent within two business days of receiving your reservation. Please ensure you provide the email address where the voucher will be sent and review it carefully upon receipt.
