- Gastronomic Tour of San Telmo, Buenos Aires

We will begin our tour by visiting the only shop in Argentina dedicated exclusively to dulce de leche, where you will be enveloped by an irresistible combination of aromas, textures, and flavors. A true sensory experience that reveals the authentic taste of artisanal dulce de leche, as well as pure cocoa chocolates, cornstarch alfajores, bonbons, and other surprising delicacies you haven't yet discovered.
Next, we will visit the traditional San Telmo Market, inaugurated in 1897 with the aim of supplying the new population of immigrants arriving from Europe. The building still preserves its original structure, with metal beams, arches and columns, as well as sheet metal and glass ceilings, creating a historic environment full of character.
Our next stop will be in the elegant Recoleta neighborhood, in an exclusive space dedicated to lovers of fine wines. There, we will enjoy a special tasting with a wide selection of signature wines and high-end Argentine labels destined for export, accompanied by a delicious cheese board.
To end the tour on a high note, we'll head to the Palermo neighborhood, where we'll visit the traditional Hierro grill. The gastronomic experience includes an appetizer of your choice: a typical choripán, empanada, or provoleta (provolone cheese), followed by a succulent ribeye steak or chorizo steak (to be chosen on-site), plus dessert and a drink included. A complete journey through the most emblematic flavors of Argentina.
