The package includes a city tour of Tucumán on the same day of arrival. This tour will help you understand the city's history. Plaza Independencia and its surroundings include the Government House, the Temple of San Francisco, the Cathedral Church, the Church of La Merced, and the Historic House of Tucumán. We'll visit 9 de Julio Park and the sugar industry museum, Casa Obispo Colombres. Surrounding Plaza Urquiza are the Legislative Assembly, the Casino, and the San Martín Theater. The Casa Belgraniana is also a must-see.
The next day we left the city of Tucumán early in the morning to visit: Ruins of San José del Monte de los Indios Lules, Quebrada de los Sosa, El Indio, Parque de los Menhires, Dique la Angostura, El Mollar, Tafi del Valle, La Banda Jesuit Church, Infiernillo, Sierras Calchaquíes, Quilmes Ruins, Museum, Cafayate and visit to the wineries.
Continuing our adventure, the next day, after lunch, we'll return to Salta. Here, we'll encounter geographical formations sculpted by Mother Nature, such as the Devil's Throat, the Amphitheater, the Windows, the Castles, the Yesera, the Toad, and much more. We'll stay at the hotel until the next morning.
It's time for the impressive Salta City Tour... culture and scenery on a driving tour of Salta La Linda. We begin at our historic Plaza 9 de Julio, where you can see the Cathedral from above. We drive up Cerro San Bernardo, where the excitement increases as we observe the city from above. We reach the top of the hill with its viewpoints and leisure areas for a free tour. The Monuments to Güemes and 20 de Febrero are visible, before continuing to Villa de San Lorenzo, where you can see Yungas, San Lorenzo Castle, and enjoy a delicious snack in the ravine.
We'll travel to Salinas Grandes, a shared territory between Salta and Jujuy; the best way is to cross through the province of Jujuy. This way, you'll enjoy the best landscapes at their peak and take home incredible postcards! We'll return to Purmamarca, where you can enjoy a lunch featuring the best regional dishes, especially llama meat, and explore the famous town of Purmamarca, with its picturesque, rustic streets and steep trails. Your guide will invite you to join him for a walk along the Paseo Los Colorados. Afterwards, we'll return to the hotel.
The next day, we will be picked up from our hotel in Purmamarca and you will be able to enjoy the colorful landscapes of the Quebrada de Humahuaca, in addition to having already visited Purmamarca, we will find Tilcara and its Pucará, the Painter's Palette, the Pollera de la Colla and the city of Humahuaca.
