- Colonial Roots Tour with Colonial Coffee - Agrotourism

The Colonial Roots Tour will immerse us in the Italian colonial heritage of Gramado, combining history, culture, gastronomy, and hospitality. During the tour, we'll visit the Centennial House, built of wood over stone, where we can enjoy wines, cheeses, and salami that preserve the traditions of the early settlers.
Next, we'll visit the Fioreze Museum, a space filled with antique pieces lovingly collected by Mr. Nelson Fioreze since his childhood. We'll also stop by the BenVic Winery, a family-owned project pioneering the sustainable production of organic wines and juices in the region. Finally, we'll be welcomed at Caffè Della Nonna, owned by the Foss Family, where we'll enjoy homemade breads, cheeses, salami, polenta, and traditional drinks, experiencing the authentic Italian hospitality that has shaped Gramado's history.
