Baggage allowance: 01 suitcase no larger than 158cm (sum of all sides) per person.
Transportation is provided in air-conditioned vehicles and by a driver fluent in Portuguese.
Child fare policy: a) From 0 to 3 years old: FREE
b) From 4 years of age: Full rate

Important:
The estimated pickup time is approximately 45 minutes. Daily logistics and pickup location may cause and justify minor delays.
The pick-up time will be sent via the passenger's WhatsApp the day before the trip.
The pickup time is established by the operations and logistics department, taking into account the number of passengers and the location of the pickup or drop-off point, whether at hotels, SDUs, or GIGs. This time is planned taking into account traffic flow, incidents on the road, or local events, and can be adjusted up to 12 hours in advance.
At the indicated time, the passenger must wait at reception with the check-out completed and in possession of their luggage.
The type of transport used for this transfer will depend on demand on the day the service is carried out.
The approximate pickup time is 45 minutes, and boarding will follow the day's itinerary and logistics. If necessary, support vehicles will be provided to expedite the operation.
This transfer is considered a ground connection. Vehicle types may be changed upon arrival to the guesthouse/hotel.
Some streets in Búzios are narrow and/or located on hills, which prevents larger vehicles from circulating in the resort.
No animals are allowed on board; service available upon request only.
The transportation of surfboards and baby strollers is not permitted.
In the case of a baby stroller, an extra seat must be booked in advance, subject to availability.
Volumes above the allowance will only be accommodated if there is space available in the transport.
