Regular tour
For intercity transfers, it is mandatory to provide the name, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), date of birth, and address with postal code for all passengers;
Transfer times will be reconfirmed after 6 PM the day before the service.
We do not provide transfers to the Valen Porto Soft Hotel and Hotel Pilão. These hotels are located in the port area of São Luís, outside the city's hotel network's main transportation hubs.
Cancellation of services in progress after the maximum notice period of 48 hours or the passenger's failure to appear for the service will result in a no-show charge, i.e., 100% of the contracted services will be charged;
Please inform us if the passenger has a motor disability (wheelchair user), so we can check if regular service is possible, or if an exclusive service is required, which will be quoted on demand;

We are not responsible for any damage to passengers' luggage, except if it occurs during the provision of our services;
One piece of luggage weighing up to 23kg and with a maximum dimension of 158cm is allowed per person. We do not guarantee the boarding of excess baggage, and any extra costs will be the passenger's responsibility.
