Cancellation policy
- Up to 14 days before the tour date: full refund.
- Between 13 and 7 days before the tour date: 60% refund of the reservation value.
- 6 days before the tour start date: no refund.
General Rules
Service offered in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Does not include stops between transfers. Maximum waiting time is 60 minutes from flight arrival. After this period the service will be considered no show and the driver will be released.
Maximum baggage limit allowed per person: 01 standard size suitcases. If the number of bags exceeds the vehicle's capacity, a support car will be hired and charged directly to passengers. We suggest confirming the service according to the number of customers' bags in order to avoid inconveniences during the trip.
