Passengers will be greeted with a TCH RECEPTIVO identification sign;
Regular services with assistance in Portuguese, with a possible wait of up to 40 minutes for boarding after check-in;
Entrance and admission tickets are not included;
For transfers from hotels in Salvador to hotels on the North Coast or vice versa, there may be a stop at the airport to pick up or drop off other passengers;
Age policy: children from 0 to 1 year old are free, children from 2 to 11 years old will be charged half price, and from 12 years old onwards the adult rate applies;
The baggage allowance on regular transfers will be a maximum of 1 suitcase weighing up to 23kg + 1 carry-on bag/purse/backpack per passenger;
Transfer out: scheduling this service is the responsibility of TCH RECEPTIVO, with the time being communicated to the passenger via WhatsApp/SMS message or phone call the day before the passenger's departure to their city of origin;
During Carnival, hotel services in Salvador, within the designated circuits, will have an increased charge – please inquire.
Due to weather conditions, the semi-land transfer may be done via ferry boat;
For direct connections to MSP, flights must land in SSA at least 2 hours in advance for semi-land boarding;
For the return trip from MSP via semi-land transport, flights should depart from SSA airport starting at 1 PM;
The tourist tax and baggage handling fees on the island are not included.
Passengers aged 60 and over are exempt from paying the tourism tax;
Age policy on the semi-terrestrial tour: Children up to 4 years old are FREE; above that age = Adult price;
Excess baggage is not allowed, with a allowance of 23 kg per person;
For transfers to MSP, our service extends to the reception area at the second beach;
We would like to point out that the Villa dos Corais hotel and the others located on the 4th beach, 5th beach and Praia do Encanto offer a transfer service at regular times;

Franquia de bagagem no transfer regular será de, no máximo, 01 mala de até 23kg + 01 valise/bolsa/mochila de mão por passageiro;
Transfer out: o agendamento deste serviço é de responsabilidade da TCH RECEPTIVO sendo o horário informado ao passageiro através de mensagem via Whatsapp/SMS ou ligação, na véspera da saída do passageiro à sua cidade de origem;
• No período de Carnaval, serviços para hotéis em Salvador, dentro dos circuitos, sofrerão acréscimo – favor consultar;
Devido às condições climáticas, o transfer semiterrestre poderá ser realizado via ferry boat;
Para conexão direta a MSP, os voos deverão pousar em SSA com no mínimo 2h de antecedência para o embarque semiterrestre;
Para o retorno de MSP em semiterrestre os voos deverão sair do aeroporto de SSA a partir das 13h;
Não estão inclusos a taxa de turismo, atualmente R$ 50,00 e o carregamento de bagagem na Ilha;
Passageiros com idade a partir de 60 anos tem isenção de pagamento da taxa de turismo;
Política de idade no semiterrestre: Crianças até 4 anos FREE; acima = valor Adulto;
Não é permitido excesso de bagagem sendo a franquia de 23 kg por pessoa;
Nos transfers para MSP, nosso serviço é realizado até o receptivo da segunda praia;
