To carry out transfers between cities, it is mandatory to provide the name, CPF, date of birth and address with zip code of all passengers;
Transfer times will be reconfirmed after 6pm the day before the service;
We do not offer transfers to Valen Porto Soft Hotel and Hotel Pilão. These are located in the port area of São Luís, outside the city's hotel network.
Cancellation of services in progress after the maximum period of 48 hours in advance or failure of the passenger to appear for the service will result in a no-show charge, that is, 100% charge for the contracted services;
Please inform if the passenger has a physical disability (wheelchair user), to check if it is possible to serve in a regular manner, or if an exclusive service is necessary, which will be quoted on demand;
