We begin our adventure by leaving the hotel and heading towards the stunning Tierra Mayor Valley. In the dead of a winter night, we immerse ourselves in a silent, white landscape, where our guide presents us with a route that promises an unforgettable experience. As we walk, a lighted path guides us through the snow-covered valley, creating a fairytale atmosphere. At the end of the journey, a cozy cabin awaits us: the fire crackles, the aroma of skewers and homemade stew envelops us, and the cook welcomes us with a glass of mulled wine. During dinner, we savor Patagonian flavors, accompanied by select wines, and the final touch: the evening's specialty, the legendary "Café del Hachero." All the while, a soulful guitar riff provides the music for an evening that will remain etched in your memory.
