Chef Carolyn will welcome us into her charming home with a glass of prosecco, immersing us in a delicious culinary experience. We'll learn to prepare traditional dishes using only fresh, local ingredients sourced from famous Venetian markets, such as the Rialto Market.
During the class, we'll prepare Italian agnolotti stuffed with meat or fish, accompanied by a sauce made with seasonal vegetables, such as artichokes, tomatoes, or potatoes from the lagoon islands. We'll also get hands-on with a special dessert: a pastry cream that will serve as a filling for typical regional cookies.
At the end of the experience, we'll sit down to savor everything we've prepared, enjoying a homemade lunch in good company, accompanied by Italian wine.

The tour runs daily, except Saturdays and Sundays, departing at 10am.
Only children over 10 years old can participate in the activity and must be accompanied by at least one adult.
