We will be welcomed by Chef Carolyn in her charming home with a glass of prosecco, which will lead us to a delicious immersion in typical Venetian cuisine. We will learn how to prepare traditional dishes using only fresh, local ingredients, purchased from famous Venetian markets such as the Rialto Market.
During the class, we will prepare Italian agnolotti stuffed with meat or fish, accompanied by a sauce made with seasonal vegetables, such as artichokes, tomatoes or potatoes from the islands of the lagoon. We will also get our hands dirty preparing a special dessert: a pastry cream that will serve as a filling for typical regional biscuits.
At the end of the experience, we will sit down to savor everything we have prepared, enjoying a homemade lunch in good company, accompanied by Italian wine.

The tour takes place daily, except Saturdays and Sundays, departing at 10 am.
Only children over 10 years old can participate in the activity and must be accompanied by at least one adult.
