Activity description

The tour begins with an easy walk of approximately 300 meters through the riparian forest, in a preserved environment full of the sounds and aromas of nature, until we reach the source of the Olho d'Água River. Upon arrival, we are surprised by an immense natural pool of extremely crystalline waters, where it is possible to clearly observe the riverbed and all the richness of aquatic life.

Next, the gentle current carries us peacefully on an unforgettable journey through a true underwater world, inhabited by dozens of species of colorful fish and aquatic plants that move delicately with the flow of water, providing a unique and relaxing floating experience.

The total distance is approximately 1,700 meters, leading to the enchanting confluence of the Olho d'Água and Prata rivers, a setting of rare natural beauty.

Finally, we floated for another 500 meters down the Rio da Prata to the stone deck, ending the experience in a peaceful and contemplative way. This last stretch can also be done in a solar-powered boat, ensuring additional comfort and reinforcing the tour's commitment to environmental sustainability.

Up to 14 days before the tour date: full refund.
Between 13 and 7 days before the tour date: 60% refund of the reservation value.
6 days before the tour start date: no refund.

Pregnant women who are more than 24 weeks along cannot participate in this activity.
Neoprene suits available for weights up to 120kg.

Equipment included: mask, snorkel, wetsuit and neoprene boots.
Diving, horseback riding, and other optional farm activities are NOT included in the price quoted.
High season: Changes are only accepted with 72 hours' notice (considering business days), noting that any change requested by the client will be subject to cancellation policies, as well as availability.
Low season: Changes are only accepted with 48 hours' notice (considering business days), noting that any change requested by the client will be subject to cancellation policies, as well as availability.

* Cancellation is understood as the withdrawal from the trip and/or the contracted service, as well as changes to dates, communicated in writing (letter or email).

Up to 3 days before check-in = 30% no-show rate (EXCEPT for Gruta do Lago Azul, which has a 100% no-show rate regardless of the date and cancellation period).
After that date, it is considered part of the full show.
* No-show: Failure to appear without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show". NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
* Cancellation after the start of the tour: Cancellation, as well as early departure for any reason, WILL NOT ENTITLE YOU TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT FOR ANOTHER TOUR, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or tour.
HIGH SEASON – (OTHER TOURS)
Up to 15 days before check-in = 30% NO SHOW fee, after this date the full show fee (100%) will be charged.
* No-show: Failure to appear without prior written notice on the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no-show". NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
* Cancellation after the start of the tour: Cancellation, as well as early departure for any reason, WILL NOT ENTITLE YOU TO ANY TYPE OF REFUND, CASH REIMBURSEMENT OR CREDIT FOR ANOTHER TOUR, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or tour.
