On this tour, we'll discover the imposing Doge's Palace, with its splendid halls and hundreds of masterpieces. It was here that the Doge and his Council would govern the Republic for nearly a thousand years. We'll experience this story with a guide who will lead us through the halls of power, immersing us in a very unique historical context: the European Middle Ages and the centuries that followed.
Next, our guide will take us on a visit to St. Mark's Basilica, also known as the Golden Basilica due to the gleaming masterpieces it houses within. We'll admire its impressive structure, the rich materials, and the frescoes that cover the entire façade.
The visit will continue with admission to the iconic Campanile, where we'll learn about its intriguing history and climb to the top. From there, we'll enjoy breathtaking views not only of St. Mark's Square but of the entire city of Venice.
To conclude our journey, we'll have a thrilling virtual reality experience in the St. Mark's Courtyard Gallery that will transport us back in time. With the VR headset, the past will reveal itself: we'll see St. Mark's Square and its iconic monuments as they once were.
