Depart the hotel to Av. Beira Rio and board a speedboat along the Preguiças River to the Tapuio Community, a place with a strong tradition in the production of cassava flour, the main ingredient in typical Maranhão dishes.
It is appreciated from the planting of cassava, harvesting and production of flour.
Return to Barreirinhas.
