You'll learn how to prepare everyday seasonal Japanese meals known as "Ichiju-Sansai," or "One Soup and Three Dishes." This balanced meal consists of a soup, a main course, and two side dishes, showcasing the harmony of flavors and presentation that characterizes Washoku.
During the class, you'll have the opportunity to actively participate in the cooking process. The instructor will guide you step by step, teaching you the essential skills and techniques used in Japanese cuisine. You'll learn how to select and prepare ingredients, handle knives, and create beautiful and delicious dishes that reflect the principles of Washoku.
At the end of the class, you'll have the opportunity to savor the fruits of your labor. Sit down with the other participants and enjoy the dishes you've just prepared together.
