The SOLÉS Factory-Museum is located in L'Escala, in the oldest building of all the salting factories in the town.

Adapted to the needs of the 21st century, but maintaining the essence and tradition of our ancestors.

Inside the factory, a museum was recently opened to commemorate the 130th anniversary of Anchovies SOLÉS.

This museum has a tour area with audio guides in seven languages and allows visitors to learn about both the company's history and the production processes, in an interactive way for all audiences, showing all stages of the different gastronomic preparations that the company offers.

The price of the museum visit includes a small tasting of SOLÉS products on the new 'SOLÉS chill-out' terrace outside the factory.

Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm

Saturdays and Sundays from 10am to 1pm

CLOSED: January 1st and 6th, December 25th and 26th.
