Discover a unique historical and artistic site in Catalonia. With the Girona Episcopal Ticket, you can visit three of the city's iconic buildings: the Basilica of Sant Feliu, the cathedral, and the former Episcopal Palace, now the Girona Art Museum.
GIRONA ART MUSEUM, IN THE FORMER EPISCOPAL PALACE
Next to the Cathedral, located in the former Episcopal Palace, is the Girona Art Museum. Founded in 1976, it houses the third-largest collection of Romanesque and Gothic art in Catalonia. You'll discover unique works of Catalan art, from the Romanesque period to the present.
BASILICA OF SANT FÉLIU
We continue our tour by visiting the Basilica of Sant Féliu, the former Cathedral of Girona. This temple was Girona's first cathedral until the 10th century. Today, it is one of the city's most iconic Gothic buildings due to its tall bell tower, which dates back to the 14th and 16th centuries.
SAINT MARY OF GIRONA CATHEDRAL
Just a few minutes' walk from the Basilica of Sant Feliu is Girona Cathedral, a symbol of the city dating back more than five centuries. Located high above the city, its single nave is the second largest in the world, behind only St. Peter's in the Vatican. The spectacular staircase's 90 steps lead up to the main door.
