- Penguin Hike
Let's live this experience that begins with a round trip land trip to "Estancia Harberton", we continue by boat to "Martillo Island", a 1-hour walk to see the penguins. Our tour begins at the tourist port of Ushuaia where we will go by bus to Estancia Harberton where we will have the possibility of a beautiful guided tour throughout the historic center of the resort and visit the museum of birds and marine animals to better understand the animals we saw during navigation.
We will have free time for lunch at the resort's restaurant, you are allowed to take a picnic and the boat has a cafeteria with quick snacks. The views are panoramic during navigation. From Estancia Harberton, we embark to discover the Bridges archipelago and observe the colonies of sea lions, imperial cormorants and other seabirds such as gulls, petrels, albatross and cauquenes.
Then we will stop for a few minutes in front of the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, named after the French expedition "La Romanche" in 1882, we will continue sailing east towards the island "Martillo" where we will see an important colony of "Magallánic Penguins" and eventually a small colony of "Papuan Penguins".
