- Between 13 and 7 days before the tour date: 60% refund of the reservation value.

The transfer operates daily
Served and non-served hotels: hotels and guesthouses in the city of Ushuaia, except Hotel Bagu. Not valid for hostels and apartments for temporary rental.
The waiting time after landing is 1 hour. Transportation allows free transport of up to 1 piece of luggage weighing up to 23 kg per passenger.
Some hotels are located on pedestrian streets or without access to large cars. In this situation, disembarkation/boarding will be at a permitted location closest to the passenger's hotel.
The passenger must always include their telephone number in the reservation so that they can be contacted by the Destination Coordinator to confirm their exact departure time.
