Canopy is an adventure trip for the whole family that offers another way to rediscover nature, giving the incredible sensation of flying through the forest in search of impressive landscapes that cannot be seen from the plain. It is a half day tour. The tour begins with a reception at our refuge at the base of Cerro López, where we have a group instruction class lasting around 15 minutes in which, using a cable installed more than 2 meters above the ground, the instructors show the basic techniques slipping and safety. We hop into a Land Rover Defender pickup truck for an exciting 4×4 climb. Once we arrive at the Coihues forest (over 250 years old) we will take a mini hike to the first platform to begin the flights. We slide sitting on the harness through the cable and regulate our speed guided by the instructors who are on each of the platforms. The circuit was designed with increasing difficulty for better passenger adaptation and safety. The total distance is 1,500 meters, one of the longest in South America. From its platforms you can enjoy incredible panoramic views (Lake Moreno, San Pedro Peninsula, Hotel Llao Llao, Puerto Pañuelo.) To complete the circuit in a short Walking through the forest, we will take a 4 × 4 to reach the foot of the hill where we will say goodbye with the official presentation of the “Certificate of Courage”.
Round-trip transfer included to hotels in the Center region, and hotels on Avenida Bustillo up to km 8. Does not include transfer for passengers staying in Airbnb apartments.
Passengers who are staying in hotels on Avenida Bustillo between Km 9 and Km 25 (Llao Llao) will have a transfer back to the city center and must return to these hotels on their own.
