Leaving the hotel, we'll take the path to Catedral Hill, the first Ski Center in South America, nowadays one of the most important in the world, being the scene of the most important international ski competitions. Its name originates from the similarity of the peaks with the towers of a Gothic medieval temple. It has 1200 hectares of skiable slopes and 120 km of slopes, with the most impressive panoramic views of the Andean lake area.
This ski center is open all year round, in the winter for skiing, snowboarding, sledding and enjoying the snow, and in the summer for trekking, biking and marveling at the landscape. At the end of our journey in this incredible center, we will head back to the city after a day full of pleasure and fun. To go up to the summit, visitors can take the Cable Carril -optional-, a means of transport similar to the cable car, but with capacity for more than 10 people and which runs 3200 meters up the mountain from the Base to the Summit where there is a viewpoint, "Cafeteria Punta Nevada and El Cabo". Cable Carril rises 750 masl from the base (1050 meters above sea level) to 1800 masl at the top.
Round trip transfer included for hotels in the Centro region, and hotels on Avenida Bustillo up to km 8. Does not include transfer for passengers staying in Airbnb apartments.
Passengers who are staying at the hotels on Avenida Bustillo between Km 9 and Km 25 (Llao Llao), will be transferred back to the city center and must return to these hotels on their own.
