Activity description
Religion is part of the history of Maranhão and strong traditions are maintained by devotees.
In addition to being part of the city's rich architectural complex, the churches each tell their own story that dates back to the province's earliest times.
Route: Departure from the hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle heading straight to the Historic Center and visiting the main churches with strong historical and cultural influence on the city. At the end of the visit, we will attend a late afternoon mass at the Sé Church. Return to the hotel.
Main attractions: Church of Remedies, Church of Santo Antônio, Church of Our Lady of the Rosary of the Blacks, Church of Carmo and Church of Sé with mass celebration.

Does not include: Visiting fees, food, drinks, personal expenses, optional tours or any other item not mentioned;
Visiting fees range from R$2.00 to R$5.00 per person;
Children from 0 to 5 years old: free. Children from 6 to 7 years old: 50% discount. Age must be provided at time of purchase;
Please be aware that the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled in the event of high tide or adverse weather conditions.
