On one side, São José de Ribamar, 30km from the capital and born of a true miracle, São José de Ribamar is a city that breathes the religiosity of Maranhão.
It is one of the cities that make up São Luís Island, the third most populous in the state, and named after the patron saint of Maranhão. It is home to one of the most important shrines in the Northeast region.
On the other hand, Raposa, with beautiful beaches, vast mangrove forests, and typical seafood-based cuisine, boasts strong cultural tourism potential, where exploring the community and appreciating their customs (fishing and bobbin lacemaking) becomes a distinct attraction.
Route: Departure from the hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle and visit the aforementioned cities, stopping for lunch. Return to the hotel.
Main attractions: São José de Ribamar Parish Church, São José Path, Monument to São José, Ex-Votos Museum, Lourdes Grotto and Rendeiras Street.
