On one side, São José de Ribamar, 30km from the capital and born from a true miracle, São José de Ribamar is a city that breathes the religiosity of Maranhão.
It is one of the cities that make up the Island of São Luís, being the third most populous in the State and its name is in honor of the patron saint of Maranhão. It is home to one of the most important sanctuaries in the Northeast.
On the other hand, Raposa, with beautiful beaches, vast mangrove vegetation and typical seafood-based cuisine. It has strong potential for cultural tourism, where getting to know its community and appreciating its customs (fishing and bobbin lace crafts) becomes an attraction in itself.
Route: Departure from the hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle and visit to the cities mentioned, with a stop for lunch. Return to the hotel.
Main attractions: São José de Ribamar Parish Church, São José Path, São José Monument, Ex-Votos Museum, Lourdes Grotto and Rendeiras Street.
