In a small group of eight people, we'll stroll through the heart of the city, shopping at favorite neighborhood markets. You'll learn all about ingredients, traditions, and how to recognize the best quality produce. Then, guided by our trusted chef, we'll arrive at a special location where our kitchens are located. Put on your apron and get ready to work. You'll learn how to make pasta from scratch and prepare other traditional local dishes, depending on the availability and season of the ingredients. And since everyone deserves a reward for their work, we'll celebrate later by sitting down together to eat the food we prepared, drink a good Italian wine or another beverage of your choice, and celebrate life!
